Performance Management

Components of EPM include all the methodologies, processes and supporting technologies used to set targets and measure performance. EPM software includes forecasting, budgeting and planning functions, as well as graphical scorecards and dashboards to display and deliver corporate information.

An EPM interface usually displays figures for key performance indicators so that employees can track individual and project performance relative to corporate goals and strategies. Some companies use established management methodologies with their CPM systems, such as balanced scorecard or Six Sigma.

Simply put, performance management includes activities to ensure that goals are consistently being met in an effective and efficient manner. Performance management can focus on performance of the organization, a department, processes to build a product or service, employees, etc.
In 4C we have recognized the importance of being able to define, measure and monitor the activities deemed relevant in a given company.

We have great experience in assisting our customers during the entire process – from the initial analysis of what is important and how it is measured to the final implementation of an end-to-end solution that supports and integrated approach that links enterprise strategy to core processes and activities.

In 4CMC we don’t subscribe to any particular methodologies when it comes to Performance Management. We believe in a best fit for any organization in any specific situation, when it comes to methodology, as well as EPM process complexity and EPM technology. We believe in:

  • Standardizing and aligning reporting and planning processes and methods across an organization
  • Aligning and structuring vertical and horizontal performance focused communication processes.
  • Structuring the entire reporting flow from Realization -> Pin Point -> Root Cause -> Remedy -> Action as described in the below figure.
